Increasing A Car's MPG....

There's great documentary that's called something like "Who killed The Electric Car" and describes how in the 70's or 80's California had a number of electric cars that ran on batteries. Apparently they were very efficient as well as popular, but the powers that be made sure that these perfectly good cars were rounded up and crushed. The "powers that be" included the oil industry, car industry...(these ultimately being the puppets of the banks) and of course the government (REAL puppets of the bankers).....Amongst other things this documentary described how an oil company had bought up the patents for the electric car's improved battery capacity. So there seems to me at least, forces involved in making motoring more expensive than need be.

Speaking to my fellow enthusiast Tom Hackett about this sort of thing, Tom told me an interesting story. Just after World War 2, his dad worked at Austin looking after engine, gear box problems etc that other engineers couldn't sort out. One of of the projects he was involved with was a means of injecting water vapour through the fuel system. The idea was that after the engine had warmed up the petrol/air mix was unnecessarily rich so a DILUTED PETROL/AIR mix might work just as efficiently. So along with petrol vapour and air there would be an injection of water vapour. Tom said that his dad said there was a doubling of the fuel efficiency for this system...but why haven't we heard any more ? Well, why do I find that surprising ! (Incidentally, many people report that their vehicle runs better in the ran - because of the increase of water vapour through the carburettor ? )

After discussing this Tom subsequently sent me a link for this:
http://journeytoforever.org/biofuel_library/ethanol_motherearth/me3.html which deals with the same idea.

I have just started experimenting putting acetone in my car after find this article on the net :
http://www.thebirdman.org/Index/Others/Others-Doc-BetterLiving/+Doc-BetterLiving-General&Msc/AcetoneInFuelIncreasesMileage.htm

..it's supposed to increase the vapourisation of petrol and so make it more efficient.

A Tale Of Two Batteries - Bedini Fan Motor Results

(See earlier blogs on fan motor kit) . So, to begin with we used the "grey" battery as the primary and the "black" battery as the one being charged. According to the manufacturer's labels the grey is 12v and 66 Amp hour and the black 12v and 45 Ah. The grey battery is the one we have worked on longer,"conditioned" being the one most originally "decrepit".The black battery was taken out of my old car before it was scrapped and was still a good battery. The difference in amp hour rating in the batteries is regrettable in terms of keeping things constant and just varying one thing at a time, but we live in the real world and don't have inexhaustible funds to buy identical batteries - perhaps later on :-)

So with the usual set up we took the following readings with the analogue multimeter. The accuracy allowed me to take voltage readings to the nearest 1/4 of a volt.

I tried to take readings every hour or so.

STARTED AGAIN WITH BATTERIES IN SAME POSITION but soon stopped.

SO, the lower amp hour battery only powered the fan for over a day.

Conclusion.
I was disappointed initially with the seemingly poor performance of the fan motor after swapping to the lower amp hour battery as the primary source. I was expecting a longer running time, EVEN ALLOWING FOR THE LOWER Ah , a proportionate running time might have been something like 45/66 x 5 days....very roughly three and "a bit " days instead of one day and "a bit" that we got.

Tom Hackett reminded me that it was the conditioned battery that had run the longest, and more to the point, proportionately longest( according to the Ah).

Tom, using his own Bedini motor has been working on two clapped out batteries of his own. More on this on a later blog, but after some discussion with him we once again had the sense of what all the different measurements (current, voltage, power, energy, work etc) mean in the real world. Tom said a small lamp attached to the batteries was somehow giving him a greater sense of the battery's "potential" for work than the voltage reading took. Tom's feeling is that something is "definitely going on " with the Bedini charged batteries. On the face of it the greater conditioned battery above worked harder than the less conditioned black battery. Drawing on Tom's observations here and elsewhere on the blog, we are seeing something in terms of battery conditioning, but what this means in terms of assessing "overunity", remains to be seen. For now we continue with the experimenting.

September 11 Attacks

Like most people who start blogging, I did so with a view to one subject. It's difficult to stick to your original remit when something of a truthful nature comes your way that MUST be spread as wide as possible. (Along with the below video, get yourself a copy of the "September Clues" video. )

A eureka moment : "The plane was attached to the pod - not the pod to the plane !"

All intelligent people when presented with the evidence of the September 11th attacks MUST acknowledge it was an inside job. Unfortunately MOST people are a combination of not being : 1) Intelligent enough or 2) Not caring enough and perhaps at some sub conscious level accepting the "sacrifice" of all the lives on that day to "justify" the subsequent militarism and economic consequences that impact on their own lives or 3) Not sufficiently informed....which this video may go some way correct.

More Banter About The Bedini SSG Circuit

Tom Hackett came up with something interesting regarding the Bedini SSG circuit. Instead of the output going to a charging battery, it's going to an automotive coil which is firing a spark plug via an HT lead. AROUND the HT lead Tom has placed an induction coil. Why is this ?

Well, John Bedini has said that basically that "nature doesn't like closed loop systems.....IN ORDER TO USE THE CHARGING BATTERY TO SOMEHOW 'CLOSELOOP' (for want of a better description) THE SYSTEM YOU HAVE TO USE AN INVERTOR. I must say this confused me. In fact I emailed Anthony Craddock, the producer of the "Energy From The Vacuum" series of videos to ask about this, and he didn't know what John Bedini meant. For a few weeks I was under the illusion that even if you physically swapped the batteries and the CHARGING BATTERY became the PRIMARY BATTERY then the now PRIMARY BATTERY had to be connected via an invertor to the Bedini circuit - I WAS WRONG...

So, Tom's idea of the induction coil is a prototype invertor idea....(Incidentally Tom mentioned that he did try and connected the primary and charging batteries directly and sparks flew ! :-) ) that we believe Bedini alluded to.

Part One

Part Two

The difficulty with all this work is measurement. This is discussed at length on Part 15, "Seeking Overunity - Rosenthal Memoirs" of the Energy From The Vacuum series. Rosenthal mentions you can't just use an oscilloscope and that's that with regard to seeking overunity. We see his extensive measurement facilities and apparatus. Factor into this ,John Bedini's assertion that the radiantly charged batteries can't be measured meaningfully by conventional means and we find ourselves again asking: How we can demonstrate to ourselves "overunity" ?

....With this in mind, work in the near future for Tom Hackett and myself Simon Smith will involve: 1/Tom working on the invertor theme and 2/ Myself QUALITATIVELY (with some attempt at QUANTITATIVE measurement :-) ) running the fan motor kit and somehow ( :- ) ) assessing the (improved :-) ) state of the 12V car batteries.

Assembly/Disassembly Of Bedini Fan Motor Kit

OK, this, as is the nature of blogs, is not in the chronological order that someone trying to build the Bedini fan motor kit might necessarily appreciate. The reader is referred to previous blogs

1/ Drawing of components on matrix board
2/ The fan motor working

The below three videos will be boring to anyone who hasn't bought the fan kit, but might be a Godsend to those struggling with this project. Like many things in life the things we think may cause us problems don't and unseen things do cause problems. I might well have called this blog entry "Fiddling Around With The F***ing Circlip !"

Tom Hackett explains wiring very clearly to me, someone with not much "Hands On" common sense.

Part One

Part Two

Part Three

The Bedini fan kit together with schematics can be purchased from the Bedini website. Link on the right. My intention over the next few months is to source the same components and some other fan bought locally with the same project in mind - with me (Simon Smith) as an "Hands On " novice trying to put the thing together . I might say that I was shocked at having to pay £28 import tax on the Bedini fan kit

An Absolutely Brilliant Documentary About Money !

This blogsite's mission is to popularise and explore what Tom Bearden has described as "Energy From the Vacuum". If the only problem was the engineering then I believe that the world's energy challenges would have been solved a long time ago. It was the banker J P Morgan who castigated Nikola Tesla for tapping the earth's energy without having the means to "meter" it for consumer consumption. So, the story of this quest for accessing what nature freely give us has a component related to the politics and greed of a relatively few people.

What if there was an alternative to oil for energy ? How would that affect the currencies (especially the dollar) of the world ? The denominating of oil sales in dollars , the "petrodollar" is what keeps the value of the dollar high, and the reason for the umpteen American military bases around the world. Oil is the commodity that back the dollar, the same way gold used to.

The documentary I recommend to you is called the "Secret Of OZ" by William Still. Also known for his two part "Money Masters" documentaries. In it he shows how linking gold to a currency makes it liable to manipulation.(Perhaps the same could be said of oil ?). More importantly he describes how the governments of the west and elsewhere have been corrupted by their association with the debt based money system of the private bankers who live in the intestine of national government like parasitical worms. William Still's conclusion is that it's not what backs a currency that is important, but who controls the volume of currency !
